The Comical Joker

I really like movies and hadn't really done any images on a specific movie this semester. So I decided to do a Joker themed piece because I found this great render, and the Batman movies are a classic. I made the background myself with smudging techniques, added the text, and lighting. (I would have had this uploaded yesterday, but Blogger was down for maintenance all day Thursday.) -Nicole

Tiger, Tiger

I really like this one with the two different white tiger images working with the snow. It's simple, but cool. I really like the faded tiger and planet it gives it a bigger than this feeling to it at least in my opinion it does.

It's a slow day.

Sometimes we feel bored and tired and unable to get the things we want. I wanted to draw something comical of laziness because to me, laziness is comical.

The Fast and The Furious

This was just a picture i always wanted to do and finally had the chance. Dont look too close there are ghosts driving!

A Girl's Best Friend

I took this photograph at a family outing and thought it was quite precious. There's nothing more innocent than golden retrievers and little girls in sundresses. I faded the background to draw your attention to the dog and the girl but to also show how the evil reality of the outside world can creep up on even the most innocent of beings. Kids should enjoy their childhood while it lasts.

Mother's Day card

Yet another card from my greeting card company!
I made this card for my mom for Mother's Day. It took three steps to draw (blue pencil, regular pencil, then ink pen) but then I took it another step and finished it on the computer. So the lines were fixed up, the picture was colored, and words fixed.
I liked how it turned out :)

Flying Toaster Knight

Final Project. Line work cleaned up in Illustrator and colored in Photoshop for a cute effect. The Idea came from one of my friends since I didn't know what to do. ~Julie Girard

Ellise

I chose to do this because obviously I am an advocate for the green revolution.

Groovy Octopus

Drawing instead of paying attention in class pays off again... Took a drawing I did (and wanted to edit since I finished) and added color, some shading, and a matching background.      -Dylon Ternes

Jessi Martin

I love Nebulas and Dragons and did nothing with them all semester, so this is what I did.

Family Goods

These guys are local rappers trying to make it big, so I assisted with the artwork.
They are called Family Goods - check em out!

Nicole Prigan - Final Image

For my final image I decided to create a business/contact card. :)
This is just an image I designed for this blog
